Hi Attila - the two-finger vertical scrolling action using a Trackpad, inside RC, is not great for me here; the navigation behaviour seems off. Makes for an uncomfortable user experience.
In the Composition window, sometimes (sketchy to reproduce) you tap on and move up with your fingers on the Trackpad and the view will scroll DOWN (I expect it to go UP - sometimes it does behave itself and scrolls up. Might need more attempts to see it 'fail'...).
However, if you then try to correct yourself, you tap your fingers back on and try and move them down, but the window continues to scroll DOWN. There's other 'odd' behaviour here too... seems its just a bit unstable... I'm hovering the cursor in the main Composition window over a track area contents. With cursor over the Track Headers, behaviour is similar, maybe slightly better...![:shrug:]( "Shrug")
In the Settings -> User Interface tab itself, hover the cursor anywhere and if you tap on and keep your fingers on the Trackpad (no lifting off) and try moving up/down, the resulting window view scrolls in only one fixed direction (varies, depending on which way you first attempt).
Hope you can at least reproduce the behaviour.!
None of the parameters in the 'scrolling' section of this User Interface tab, really affect or improve what I describe. Trackpad two-finger vertical scroll works correctly/as expected in all other programs (DAW's, audio editors, office/productivity tools, Affinity apps, etc.,).
There is no 3rd party Trackpad/mouse configuration app installed to overtake or customise control.
Ignore my sig details - this is on a 3-year old Lenovo laptop, win11, Intel i3, 4GB Ram, Intel UHD Graphics (on-board), RC v5.2.3
Using a separate mouse/mousewheel gives no such issues and produces correct/expected behaviour always.
