Well,
I've been thinking about it for a while and I think this becomes a problem. But perhaps it's only me?
I've recently bought TimeShaper 3 by Cableguys. While the plugin itself gives very interesting results and is worth every penny there is something which annoys me so much that I'd probably stop using it.
It installs with the whole ShaperBox universe meaning you can use the whole potential of the ShaperBox but only the TimeShaper setting will be saved. Well, nobody forces me to use other sub plugins, right? Yes, but all of the presets in your disposal are for all the modules. You can filter out those you can't use but you have to do it every time you open a new instance of the plugin (within a session) AND which is the most annoying - after you close and reopen the session! A big minus!
The same is with most of the IK Multimedia plugins but I've seen it also somewhere else (mntra???).
If it becomes a standard practise then it's a very, very bad direction...
