I hope everybody here at the KVR forum is having a lovely Christmas and I wish you all a very happy new year.
I just want to share my experience here at KVR this past year.
About collaboration.
I would love to see more, some, any collaboration in 2024.
Sharing the creative process with somebody is a beautiful thing.
It's been an absolute revelation for me this year, to team up and work (it's not work, you know what I mean) with a keen, enthusiastic partner, sharing the creative process.
It's the sharing.
I can't play guitar. I'm not a drummer. I'd struggle with a tambourine or a triangle.
But I'd like to think that I do have something to offer.
A different angle, different perspective. Different thought process.
Something that fits hand in glove with one of you, somebody I've never met, never spoken to.
But together we can have a blast, have some fun.
That's happened to me this year and I've loved every minute of the time I've spent collaborating.
It's really opened my eyes. And I just want to say to anyone that hasn't shared the creative process, if you are apprehensive or worried (like me, as I'm no musical genius), give it a go.
It is incredibly rewarding.
I hope you all are having a wonderful Christmas, and have a fantastic 2024.
Regards,
Stephen (redmaggott)
